We have found that the love of wine sometimes makes it difficult to choose which kit is best and what type of wine suits our palate. As people begin drinking wine, their tastes sometimes change and the urge to try new types of wine can be invigorating and sometimes a little daunting. For this reason, we have organized our wine into different "canyons".
